A hybrid 1-1 and group format designed to give you the best of both: tailored energy work set within a powerful group field - allowing each of us to dive deeper. We focus almost exclusively on Spinal Energetics with Energetic Bodywork and Guided Energy Work to unblock, release, rewire and upgrade.

THE SACRAL + NAVEL CHAKRAS
Online group session combining Spinal Energetics, Energetic Bodywork & Guided Energy Work to create a powerful foundation for change. This session focuses on our sacral and navel chakras - sacred areas, that tends to hold a lot. We will work deeply with our ancestry, our womb / reproductive organs to awaken more of our creative life force.
